Arion Vtol
Arion VTOL is an emergency aircraft designed to reduce delays in medical rescue. The aircraft combines vertical take-off and landing with a hybrid hydrogen-electric propulsion system, so ground traffic is avoided and patients are reached quickly. A quad-rotor layout allows landing on rooftops, parking areas and off-grid sites without a runway. The modular medical cabin uses plug-and-play interfaces and supports rescue, patient transfer, organ transport and supply missions. Onboard systems send vital data to hospitals in real time.
Arion Vtol Emergency Aircraft by Yingbo Ma, was featured as a grand representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Arion Vtol Emergency Aircraft was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Aerospace and Aircraft Design in 2026. The A' Aerospace and Aircraft Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which recognizes superior design of jets, helicopters, gliders, drones, seaplanes, airships, ultralights, biplanes and more.
